BOOKING: Please be patient with us if we can’t answer the phone straight away. Please leave us a message or send us a text and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
APPOINTMENTS: appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

PAYMENT: We are now accepting E-COUPON only. It's easy to pay for your sessions, simply buy an E-COUPON and quote your code when booking.

E-COUPON: Valid for 6 months from date of purchase, quote the coupon code when booking, non-transferable, not valid with any other offer, one coupon per recipient per day, coupon must be surrendered at time of use, not for resale, no cash value, void where prohibited and can be used as gift voucher. Cannot be exchanged for cash. we reserve the right to decline damaged or defaced vouchers and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
CANCELLATION: 24 hours notice of change or cancellation is required to avoid extra charges, all cancellations by telephone or text message. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be a £20 charge.
LATE ARRIVAL: Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as originally scheduled.
MOBILE PHONE: Please turn your phone off when entering the Clinic as it can be disruptive to the therapists, receptionists and other clients.
EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS: if pregnant, have any injuries or other health issues, clients are advised to consult a doctor before undergoing a chosen treatment.
