Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment. They are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the highest standard of care for all clients.

BOOKING & CONTACT

Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
If we are unable to answer your call immediately, please leave a voicemail or send a text message. We will respond as soon as possible.

CLIENTS & ELIGIBILITY

Mantana Therapy is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome clients of all ages, genders, abilities, and backgrounds.
Clients under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present during the session, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS & E-COUPONS

We accept E-Coupons only as payment.
E-Coupons must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance, and the code must be quoted at the time of booking.

E-Coupon Terms:

Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
Non-transferable and non-refundable
One coupon per person per day
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Not valid in conjunction with other offers
May be used as a gift voucher
Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced vouchers cannot be replaced
Mantana Therapy reserves the right to refuse invalid vouchers

NEW CLIENTS

First-time clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consultation form and discuss any health concerns before treatment begins.

LATE ARRIVAL

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Full treatment fees still apply.

MOBILE PHONES

To maintain a calm and professional environment, please switch off mobile phones upon entering the clinic.

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Where possible, 6 months’ notice will be provided via text message or email.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Mantana Therapy provides professional, non-sexual massage therapy only.
Any inappropriate behaviour, including verbal abuse or sexual misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session, and clients may be asked to leave without refund.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Clients who are pregnant, injured, or have existing medical conditions are advised to consult a medical professional prior to treatment. Please inform us of any health concerns during your consultation so we can tailor treatments safely.
